Our highly realistic life-sized figures can dramatically illustrate key historical events, – or simply show your visitors what military life was like in the past. Uniforms, equipment and weapons are all accurate, museum quality reproductions and we can also create a realistic diorama to complete the scene.
Our two ranges of male textile conservation grade figures and torsos were originally developed for the National Army Museum and fit both ‘combat’ and ‘dress’ styles of uniform.
Officers’ uniforms were mostly made to measure and benefit from made-to-measure mounts. These not only present them to their best advantage, but also ensure the correct support for their long-term preservation. Early uniforms such as coatees need tail supports and we specialise in making cut-away torsos that do this.
An additional in-house service that we can provide is exhibition design. From complete museums to the updating of existing displays, H&H Design have transformed many military museums. We also provide costed outline concepts for your fundraising or grant applications.
